Description
We invite you to join us for this Friday morning retreat that weaves together earth-based traditions with creativity and storytelling. Through reflecting back on the year, Amy Tuttle will guide participants in aligning purpose and action. In this retreat, Tuttle will offer a variety of practices aimed to support deep listening and the discernment of purpose.
We’ll begin the retreat with mindfulness and somatic practices to engage inner wisdom and intuition. From there, participants will be supported in discovering and sharing stories about meaning, purpose, and “threads of responsibility” through:
Journaling
Creative play
Art-making
Council– a practice of listening to the wisdom emerging in the group in real-time
We’ll use these tools to stitch together retreat themes of contemplation, purpose, and right-action. This retreat is open to anyone seeking a supportive and open environment to creatively explore purpose and meaningful action/practice.
In times of disconnection and fear, earth-based traditions throughout history have found nourishment and wisdom through practices of deep listening and sharing stories about meaning and purpose. Join Amy Tuttle for this opportunity to cultivate a deeper connection to the wisdom that this collective moment is asking of us.
Intention of the Hive
When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
