Description
Bouncing Back From Financial Setbacks & cultivating Hope for the Future: how to overcome shame and incorporate money mindfulness in daily life
Money Mindfulness is a half day, in-person workshop where you will learn about financial wellness. Incorporating mindfulness practices and self-reflection, we will address mental and emotional health as it connects with our relationship to money. Responsibility goes hand-in-hand with developing practices that challenge negative financial belief systems. Expanding beyond these limiting beliefs allows us to overcome financial trauma in order to make better financial decisions for the future. This offering is an opportunity to:
Increase awareness of mental health and emotional health impact on finances
Understand how to overcome financial setbacks
Explore how trauma can impact our financial decision making
Increase self awareness of negative emotions, thoughts and beliefs and use mindfulness to improve personal financial outcomes
Intention of the Hive
When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
