Description
As we move through spring, a season of renewal and growth, this one-day workshop invites you to slow down, reflect, and intentionally shape your personal wellness vision. Together, we will explore the key components of wellness, identifying what rest and contemplation mean for you. Through guided discussions and group collaboration, you’ll craft a vision that aligns with your unique needs and values.
This workshop offers a supportive space to not only define your wellness vision but also begin integrating it into daily life. With the encouragement of the group, you'll establish meaningful rhythms of rest, develop a contemplative practice, and build accountability to sustain your journey beyond the workshop.
Join us for a day of reflection, connection, and intentional living as we cultivate practices that nurture well-being in this new season.
Intention of the Hive
When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
