Troy Bronsink
Hive Core Faculty
Troy Bronsink founded the Hive in the spring of 2016 with a desire to collaborate with facilitators from various traditions and backgrounds, making space for transformative individual and group encounters. He brings 25 years of experience in small group facilitation ranging from corporate consulting to community organizing, to spiritual formation.
As a Senior Executive coach and consultant, Troy specializes in workplace culture and adaptive leadership. Troy has presented at Creative Mornings, 99U, and TEDx’s Innovation Alley, as well as universities, major nonprofits, and faith-based groups. He holds an MDiv and certificates in Internal Family Systems and International Coaching Federation. Troy is an ordained Presbyterian minister, a consultant with Bridge Partners, and a member of the Living School at Albuquerque's Center for Action and Contemplation.
